EVEY, the Montreal-based company that has developed a personal assistant for the home that proactively controls and adapts all connected devices, has raised $ 865k in funding from to Anges Québec, Anges Québec Capital, TG Ventures and C2MI.
"We have been able to find top-notch investors who, through their influential network, bring us valuable business contacts from the real estate and seniors' businesses" said Keaven Martin, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Evey.
The funding will be used to accelerate the commercialization of their product.
LAFLAMME AERO

Laflamme Aero, a company based in the Chaudière-Appalaches region that produces and markets the LX300, a 300 kg autonomous helicopter for industrial and military use, has raised a $2M funding round from Anges Québec, Anges Québec Capital and Investissement Québec.
"The investment will be used to complement the product development of our remotely piloted helicopter system, improve the company's production infrastructure and increase marketing efforts" said David Laflamme, President and CEO of Laflamme Aero Inc.
MARMAX

Property Management Marmax Inc. is a Lévis-based company whose primary mission is the development and construction of rental condominiums.
The company raised $ 1.475 million from Anges Québec to build a new multi-residential housing project in Lévis, in the St-Nicolas sector, consisting of 6 phases of 16 units built in a period of 36 to 48 months.
"The money will be used for the final development of the project and to finance the start of each phase of construction" says Maxime Buteau, owner of Marmax Inc.
EVEX

Groupe EVEX, a company specializing in the construction of multi-unit buildings, received an investment of $ 2.25 million from Anges Québec.
"This investment will enable the construction of five buildings, totaling 78 units, in the Lanaudière region" said Alexandre Larocque, CEO and co-founder of Groupe Evex.
