Membership Criteria

Investing more than capital

Being an angel and a member of Anges Québec means being open to investing your capital as well as your expertise, business network and time. At Anges Québec, we also count on the collaboration of our angels for the analysis and due diligence of the investment opportunities we select.

Code of ethics

Due to the fact that entrepreneurs reveal confidential information to us during the investment process, all of our members have to sign a code of ethics that aims to protect corporate confidentiality. This code of ethics specifies a code of conduct to avoid any conflict of interest.
