We are looking for an accounting technician for our Quebec office. The accounting technician’s role is to produce monthly financial statements in a multi-companies environment, manage payable and receivable accounts and keep statistics up do date. Reporting to the Financial services and administration director, the technician’s goal will be to take charge of the financial statement production, support the director and offer exceptional customer service to our members, partners suppliers.

Profile
- College degree (DEC) in accounting
- 3 to 5 year experience in accounting (complete accounting cycle, multi-companies)
- Leadership
- Excel at managing priorities
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Highly Independent
- Meticulous, dynamic and reactive person
- Bilingual (English/French, oral and written)
- Available 1 evening per month for our member’s meeting
- Excel with office suite softwares (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Excel with Acomba software
Role and responsibilities
- Produce monthly financial statements for multiple companies
- Produce different governmental reports
- Support preparation for external audits
- Keep statistics up to date for multiple companies
- Any other project or initiative contributing to the organisation’s success
