She designs and delivers impactful member journeys, attracting aligned profiles and fostering long-term engagement through meaningful, human-centered experiences. Her superpower: connecting the right people at the right time to create lasting collective impact.

Before joining Anges Québec, Rim held senior leadership and advisory roles at Adecco, Indeed, Randstad, SSENSE, and Morgan Stanley (via NTT Data). She has supported both fast-growing startups and large global organizations in building high-performing teams. As a trainer and facilitator, she also leads workshops, webinars, and executive sessions to help leaders elevate their employer brand, talent strategy, and candidate experience.
