Charles Xavier Owens

Charles Xavier Owens is an Investment Associate at Anges Québec, where he supports entrepreneurs and investors in life sciences, medtech, biotech, cleantech, and advanced manufacturing. He plays a key role in structuring financings, leading due diligence, and helping early-stage companies access the capital and expertise they need to grow.

Prior to joining Anges Québec, Charles Xavier worked with the MEDTEQ+ INVEST fund, where he focused on venture capital investments in innovative health technologies. In this role, he evaluated startups, supported financing rounds, and collaborated with entrepreneurs, researchers, and industry partners. He also gained experience in mergers and acquisitions, advising on strategic transactions in the mid-market.

Charles Xavier holds a B.Sc. in Finance and Economics from Université de Sherbrooke and is completing a DESS in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management at HEC Montréal. He has earned the FMVA® (Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst) certification and is pursuing further training in ESG and data analytics to complement his investment expertise.
