Mark Paulin, a fourth-generation entrepreneur, has become a serial investor in several fields of activity through his family office, PNA Ventures.

As the fourth-generation owner of a specialized company founded in 1933, Mark has modernized his business by investing in its people and facilities to offer turnkey solutions to industrial customers across Canada. As a result, he has built his company into one of Canada's largest and most respected specialty suppliers.

Building long-term relationships with exclusive suppliers, customers and employees has always been essential to his success. Despite a mature market, he doubled sales through organic growth and orchestrated a successful sale to a private equity fund while preserving fifth-generation operational authority.

At AQ, Mark is committed to working with entrepreneurs in the Impact field, sharing a vision of success through teamwork. He is keen to bring this experience to bear as an angel investor, particularly through the PNA Ventures fund he founded in 2013.
