Caroline Bessette

Caroline Bessette holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sherbrooke (2004), as well as a degree in Notarial Law from the University of Montreal (2005). She entered the profession in 2006. Shortly after, she founded her own firm, Caroline Bessette Notaires Inc. Her entrepreneurial spirit, the particular care she shows in case management, and her practice set her apart from her counterparts, and she quickly gained the trust of her colleagues, mainly real estate and mortgage brokers and financial institutions.

Since 2006, she has built an excellent reputation on the south shore of Montreal and has become a reference for her integrity, efficiency and the robustness of her operating processes. She has opened several offices to date, and plans to open new offices in each of Quebec's regions in the coming years. Her notarial skills allow her to offer services at different levels, in real estate law, personal law and business law.

As a notary, she is particularly interested in real estate law, family law and the celebration of marriage and civil union. An occasional speaker, she advises her clients and partners on their rights and obligations in terms of drafting wills, mandates in anticipation of incapacity, matrimonial regimes and family patrimony. Caroline Bessette has developed a most avant-garde and fast-growing notarial practice.
