The Elevia Funds, promoted by Anges Québec, provide access to the network’s best startups by co-investing alongside our experienced angel investors.
This annual fund invests in about ten startups that have already received direct investment from our angel investors.
While an angel investor must invest $25,000 per company, that same amount here provides exposure to ten startups at once, making venture capital much more accessible. By investing in three funds over three years, you gain exposure to 30 promising companies.
AQC III Fund

When a group of angel investors invests in a company, AQC III may join the round with an investment of up to $1.5 million, and up to $2 million in certain cases.
Together, we increase the financing capacity available to companies and strengthen angel investors’ position in negotiations, in their post-transaction rights, and on the capitalization table.
This partnership combines the entrepreneurial experience and networks of angel investors with the financial capacity, structured oversight, and resources of a professional fund.
