Gyuri Karady is an international investor and former senior executive with experience in strategy consulting, banking, private equity, and technology investing. A physicist by training, he now advises and invests in deep-tech ventures, with a strong interest in medical technology and neuroscience.

Marc Janes, Ph.D., helped scale NuChem Sciences through its successful acquisition by Sygnature Discovery before founding Rebel Capital to support innovative startups. An active angel investor with Anges Québec, he also launched Rebel Studios Canada, which leverages AI to develop high-potential software ventures.

A technology entrepreneur, he co-founded Fibrenoire (acquired by Videotron in 2016) and founded Obkio (acquired in 2023). A certified corporate director (ICD.D, C.Dir.), he now focuses on governance and investing, leveraging deep expertise in technology, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.

Marc Hughes has over 30 years of experience in IT and enterprise software. A former VP at Taleo and co-founder of V-NEO, now GFT, he served as COO Canada. He sits on several boards, is a member of Anges Québec, and is a certified corporate director.

A passionate software developer with more than 30 years of experience, Cyril created Messenger Plus! for MSN Messenger in the early 2000s. He later joined COLO-D as a founding partner (later acquired by Cologix) to continue his career in venture capital and deep-tech investments.

After a successful career in technology, retail, and loyalty, Nathalie shifted her focus in 2016 to consulting, investing in startups, and serving on boards of directors. Since then, she has invested in more than 20 startups, primarily in social impact, climate tech, and medtech.
