Anges Québec appoints Stéphane Pilette as Vice-President, Investment Support
(Quebec City, September 17th 2013) – Anges Québec is pleased to announce the appointment of Stéphane Pilette as Vice-President, Investment Support. In this capacity, Stéphane will coordinate the investment activities of Anges Quebec members, act as facilitator in certain files and will ensure the smooth running and quality of the entire investment process.
Stéphane has a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering from the École Polytechnique de Montréal and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Sherbrooke. He’s a successful entrepreneur and investor with over 15 years of experience in technological development of products with several companies and in various markets. In 2007, he cofounded Vimedix with three partners. This specialized company in medical solutions for ultrasound imagining was sold to CAE Healthcare three years later. Since September 2012, he has also managed Anges Québec’s Healthcare and Life Sciences sector.
