A businessman and entrepreneur, Luc Vincent has more than 20 years of experience in IT consulting, financial and business management.
After eight years of employment at Grant Thornton, he founded ModelCom, a financial consulting firm established in Montreal for 15 years. He also created two other companies: Kerosene, a firm specializing in the search for finance and accounting professionals and GIM – Risk Management, which he sold to Fujitsu Conseil in 2006.
Through his initiatives in consulting and management, he contributed to more than 50 start-up projects in the IT sector and has been involved in two companies that went public through an IPO (Microcell and TIW) as well as numerous takeover and sales projects.
Luc Vincent has been a member of the Ordre des CPA du Québec since 1988 and holds a MBA.
