July 12, 2017

Laval, July 12, 2017 – Today marked the official groundbreaking ceremony for Carrefour@ffaire Boisbriand, a new project by Guimond Construction and G2 Développement. Through Anges Québec Real Estate, more than thirty member investors will be contributing capital and expertise to this project.

The commercial condos at Carrefour@ffaire will form a new commercial-industrial complex designed to meet the needs of small and mid-sized businesses.

The condominium complex is being built on an attractive site on rue Ambroise-Lafortune in the Boisbriand Business Park, which is already home to professional office buildings as well as industrial, commercial (Fogo, Faubourg Boisbriand, and District 23), institutional (Collège Boisbriand), and medical (Institut de l’œil des Laurentides) facilities.

There is also a number of nearby residential developments that can house condo complex employees who wish to live near their workplace.
