Nancy Lapointe has worked in the field of customer service and administration since 1999. She has developed great skills in promoting the quality of products and services in order to achieve a company's financial objectives and meet the customer needs.

In several positions, she had to show great versatility. She was given the responsibility of a permanent secretariat of an association, but also of monitoring various files, verifying reports, preparing various budgets and carrying out several events. She had to adapt as quickly as possible to give the best of herself.

With great adaptability. She also has more than 5 years of experience in the transportation field, mainly in pricing analysis. She has great qualities : a taste for a job well done, the speed with which she does the required work, and she is also very orderly, which helps her to be efficient.

Her most recent experience has allowed her to develop her management skills versus the work to be done, her interpersonal communications skills and especially her multitasking skills.

She graduated from Cégep de Sherbrooke in administrative techniques (business management option), and also graduated from Cégep François-Xavier-Garneau in interior design.
